CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICIES

Dear Clients,

Please if possible, cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be asked to put down a deposit that will go toward your next appointment. I understand there will be some unexpected emergencies, these situations do not apply to the new policy!

No Shows

If you have confirmed the scheduled appointment, but have failed to be there at the scheduled appointment time you will be required to put don a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

Confirmation Text 

As a courtesy, you will receive a text to confirm your appointment 72 hours before the appointment date & a reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please understand that it is your reasonability to remember your appointment times and dates to avoid late arrivals, missed appointment, and any cancellation fees.
